Camco prepared a renewable energy strategy for this £400m regeneration project in the London Borough of Greenwich.
This mixed-use development project includes 2,000 homes, a variety of commercial and retail space (10,000 m2), a school and hotel. The strategy addresses the Greater London Authority requirement for 10% on-site renewable energy generation. The site is challenging, given the need for heavy remediation of the land and its close proximity to London City Airport.
