Rural Electrification Project in Tanzania

Camco has identified and developed a set of priority rural electrification projects that have been implemented under the arrangements of the Rural Energy Agency and Fund. This includes a set of three off-grid projects and three grid projects, the latter developed in association with TANESCO. Each of the grid projects has a private sector developer associated with it, and Camco was engaged in developing the business plan of each project to a suitable stage for application for financing.
